The motorcyclist was taken to a local hospital, where he later died

Prescott, AZ. – A man was killed in a motorcycle accident in Prescott on Tuesday night, according to the police.
The deadly accident happened around 7:30 p.m. at the intersection of Willow Lake Road and Pine Drive.
Police said a 40-year-old Prescott Valley man was riding a motorcycle eastbound on Willow Lake Road.
A 56-year-old Prescott resident was driving a Ford Eclipse when they attempted to turn left onto Pine Drive and turned in front of the motorcycle, resulting in a collision.
The motorcyclist was taken to a local hospital, where he later died.
The Ford driver was uninjured and was issued a ticket.
Impairment was not a factor in the accident.
The police are investigating the accident.
