Henry County, IN. – A Cadiz Police Department officer was airlifted after being injured in a collision early Sunday near the City of Cadiz in Henry County.
According to the Indiana State Police, the accident happened around 7 a.m. at the intersection of State Road 38 and Mechanicsburg Road.
The officer had pulled over to the side of the road when someone driving a Toyota RAV4 collided with the back of the car.
The officer was airlifted to a hospital for serious injuries.
