Portland, OR. – A 13-year-old boy was seriously injured in a pedestrian accident on Friday night in Portland, according to the Portland Bureau Police.
The accident occurred at around 7:45 p.m. near Southeast Hawthorne Boulevard and 22nd Avenue.
Police said the boy was with his family when he was struck by a vehicle.
The juvenile was rushed to a hospital where doctors managed to stabilize him although his long-term prognosis was not immediately clear.
