Both drivers were pronounced dead at the scene
Skykomish, WA. – Two people were killed in a two-vehicle collision on Sunday afternoon in Skykomish, according to officials.
The fatal collision happened on October 26 on Steven Pass.
Officials said a vehicle was traveling westbound when it lost control, crossed into the eastbound lanes and was struck by another vehicle.
Both drivers were pronounced dead at the scene. One of them was identified as a 17-year-old.
The collision closed the highway for about four hours.
No additional information was available.
The authorities are investigating the accident.
