Whitley County, IN. – A man was killed in a motorcycle accident in Whitley County on Tuesday morning.
According to the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department, the accident happened around 10:30 a.m. on State Road 205 at Blue Lake Road.
A 67-year-old man was driving an SUV on SR 205 and was attempting to turn onto Blue Lake when he struck an approaching motorcycle.
The motorcyclist, a 53-year-old Columbia City man, was pronounced dead at the scene.
More details about the accident were not released.
