According to Florida Highway Patrol, the accident happened at Lillian Highway and Stafford Lane just after midnight.
A Pensacola woman was driving a car when she struck a 51-year-old man riding a bicycle.
The man was transported to a local hospital where he later died.
The woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
