Pasco County, FL. – Five people were hospitalized after being injured in a multi-vehicle collision in Pasco County.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 6:40 a.m. on Interstate 75 near State Road 54.
Five vehicles were traveling south when one vehicle moved to the outside lane to avoid crashing into another vehicle that was stopped in the center lane and waiting to change lanes, causing all five vehicles to collide.
All five drivers were injured and were taken to local hospitals for treatment.
