The pickup truck driver was transported to an area hospital, where he later died
Escambia County, FL. – A 63-year-old Cantonment man was killed in a car accident on Wednesday morning in Escambia County.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 6:17 a.m. on Nine Mile Road near Fowler Avenue.
The man was driving a pickup truck when he sideswiped an SUV driven by a 36-year-old Cantonment man.
The pickup truck driver was transported to an area hospital, where he later died.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
