Tippecanoe County, IN. – A pedestrian died after being struck by a school bus on Monday afternoon in Tippecanoe County.
According to the Indiana State Police, the accident happened around 1:30 p.m. on State Road 43 near Speedway.
A pedestrian had attempted to cross State Road 43 when he was hit by a Tippecanoe School Corporation bus.
The pedestrian died at the accident scene, according to the Tippecanoe County Coroner’s Office.
ISP reported that no students were on the bus at the time of the accident.
