According to the Albuquerque Police Department, the accident happened around 3:15 a.m. at the intersection of Coors Bypass and Ellison Drive.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision. One vehicle reportedly overturned after the collision, trapping a man.
The man was extricated from the vehicle and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
