Surprise, AZ. – A 70-year-old man died on Saturday in a two-vehicle accident in Surprise, according to the police.
The fatal accident happened around 11:00 a.m. on October 4 near Loop 303 and Sarival Avenue.
Police said two vehicles were involved in the accident.
Both drivers, including a 70-year-old man, were taken to the hospital, where the man was pronounced dead.
Officers believe the man suffered a medical emergency before the accident.
