Fort Wayne, IN. – One person was seriously injured in a collision in Fort Wayne on Friday afternoon.
According to local police, the accident happened around 2 p.m. near the intersection of Clinton Street and East State Boulevard.
A van headed south on Clinton Street sideswiped an eastbound SUV on East State Boulevard. The impact of the collision caused the SUV to flip onto its side.
One man was trapped in the SUV and had to be extricated before being taken to an area hospital for treatment.
