Lapeer, OR. – Two people were injured Tuesday morning in a two-vehicle collision in Lapeer, according to the authorities.

The collision happened on September 30 at the intersection of Oregon Street and North Saginaw Street.

Authorities said a BMW sedan was traveling northbound on Saginaw Street while a Buick Enclave was traveling eastbound on Oregon Street.

The Buick ran a stop sign at the intersection, clipped the BMW and rolled onto its roof.

The Buick driver was not seriously injured in the accident and was taken to McLaren Lapeer Region to be checked out.

The BMW driver had swelling on one of his hands.

Authorities are investigating the accident.
