Champaign, IL. – At least one person was injured following a two-vehicle collision on Tuesday morning in Champaign, according to the Illinois State Police.
The accident happened at about 6:30 a.m. on September 30, on southbound Interstate 57 near Olympian Drive exit.

The vehicle came to a halt on the highway and authorities closed down one lane of traffic for several hours. The lane reopened a while before 10:30 a.m.
