Police said a semi-truck crashed into a Dodge Ram before hitting a Toyota Camry and pushing it against the inside shoulder wall.

Lake Forest, IL. – Three people were injured after a multi-vehicle accident on Monday afternoon in Lake Forest, according to the Illinois State Police.
The accident happened at about 4:29 p.m. on September 29, on southbound Interstate 94 near Half Day Road and the 21-mile marker.
Police said a semi-truck crashed into a Dodge Ram before hitting a Toyota Camry and pushing it against the inside shoulder wall.
The truck’s trailer landed partially on top of the Toyota extensively damaging it.
A light pole was also knocked down on the northbound side of the interstate.
The three drivers were helped by bystanders before the firefighters arrived.
Two drivers were taken to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries. A third driver was treated at the crash site.
Police closed southbound lanes of I-94 for around an hour and a half to remove the vehicles and clear minor diesel fuel leak from the semi.
An investigation is underway.
