Portland, OR – A woman was killed Wednesday night in a hit-and-run accident in Bridgeton, North Portland, according to the Portland Police Bureau.
The deadly accident happened around 10:40 p.m. on September 24 on North Marine Drive near North Anchor Way.
Police said the woman was involved in an accident and the involved driver fled the scene.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Her name has not been released.
The accident closed North Marine Drive between North Vancouver Way and North Gantenbein Avenue.
The police are investigating the accident.
