Springfield, IL. – A 55-year-old man was killed after a pedestrian accident on Friday morning in Springfield, according to the Springfield Police Department.
The deadly collision happened on September 19, near South Dirksen Parkway and Rochester Road.

An autopsy has been scheduled for Monday.
