Glendale, AZ – Two people were injured Sunday morning in a head-on collision in Glendale, according to the authorities.
The collision occurred on September 21 near 67th Avenue and Bethany Home Road.
Authorities said a car was traveling westbound when it crossed into the opposite lane and collided head-on with a work van.
One of the drivers had to be extricated and was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
The other driver was also taken to the hospital in unknown condition.
The authorities are investigating the accident.
