Two drivers hurt in White City log truck accident on Avenue G at Highway 62

White City, OR. – Two people were injured on Monday in a log truck accident in White City, according to the authorities.
The accident happened around 10:15 a.m. on September 15 on Avenue G at the intersection of Highway 62.
Authorities said a log truck was traveling erratically on Highway 62, with its trailer wobbling severely. The trailer flipped at the intersection, dumping heavy timber onto the roadway. The timber crushed a Ford F-150, a Hyundai Elantra, and a Nissan cargo van.
The Ford driver, who sustained life-threatening injuries, and the Hyundai driver were taken to the hospital for treatment.
The Nissan driver did not require medical transport.
The log truck driver and the trucking company were cooperating with the investigators.
