Phoenix, AZ – The elderly man who was killed early Thursday in a pedestrian accident in Phoenix has been identified as Armando Felix, 76, according to the Phoenix Police Department.

Police believe Felix was struck while walking on private property.
Felix sustained serious injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.
