At the outset of my case I was well informed on procedures. I was in constant contact with Araceli concerning the ongoing progress so I never felt confused or left out. Jesse was informative and well constructed. He caused me to get up on my communication skills; e-mailing and faxing information as well as scanning documents. Things that I don’t do every day.
