Police said an IDOT truck had halted with its emergency lights on the exit ramp when a vehicle crashed into the rear of the truck.

Chicago, IL. – Two people were injured after a traffic collision early Monday morning in Chicago, according to the Illinois State Police.
The accident happened at 3:27 a.m. on September 8 on Bishop Ford (I-94) and Stony Island Avenue ramp.
Police said an IDOT truck had halted with its emergency lights on the exit ramp when a vehicle crashed into the rear of the truck.
The driver and the passenger of the vehicle were transported to local hospitals with injuries.
No additional information concerning this collision was provided.
