A woman was trapped inside a car and had to be extricated before being taken to the hospital.
Evansville, IN. – At least one person was injured in a two-vehicle collision on Saturday afternoon in Evansville.
According to Evansville Police Department, the accident happened around 12:03 p.m. on Powell Avenue near South Grand Avenue.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision.
A woman was trapped inside a car and had to be extricated before being taken to the hospital.
The driver of the second vehicle, a 25-year-old Evansville man, fled the scene but was later located and arrested on suspicion of DUI.
More details about the accident were not released.
