Wittman, AZ – Three people were seriously injured on Saturday in a two-vehicle collision in Wittman, according to the Arizona DPS.

The collision happened on September 6 on US 60 near milepost 169.

DPS said an SUV and a semi-truck were involved in the collision.

A child was airlifted to Phoenix Children’s Hospital with critical injuries. Another child was taken by ambulance to Phoenix Children’s Hospital with serious injuries. An adult was taken to JCL Deer Valley with serious injuries.

The collision closed the eastbound lanes of the highway.

The DPS is investigating the accident.
