Bloomington, IL. – A man was critically injured after a motorcycle accident on Sunday evening in Bloomington, according to the Bloomington Police Department.
The accident happened a while after 10:30 p.m. on September 1, at the intersection of Veterans Parkway and Eastland Drive.
Police said a man was riding in the area when he crashed his motorcycle for reasons still under investigation.
A passerby performed life-saving measures on the man before the emergency crews arrived.
The man was rushed to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Authorities closed the junction until a while after 2:00 a.m.
No additional information regarding this crash was provided.
