Police said a 25-year-old Havana woman was walking in the roadway when she was hit by a motorcycle operated by a 25-year-old man from Tallahassee.

Gadsden County, FL. – Two persons were critically hurt following a motorcycle accident on Tuesday night near Havana in Gadsden County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The accident happened at the County Road 159 (Dover Road) and County Road 270 (Shady Rest Road) intersection at about 9:30 p.m. on August 19.
Police said a 25-year-old Havana woman was walking in the roadway when she was hit by a motorcycle operated by a 25-year-old man from Tallahassee.
Both the man and the woman sustained critical injuries and were taken to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital for treatment. The rider was reportedly wearing a helmet at the time.
No charges have been filed so far.
An investigation by the Florida Highway Patrol is underway.
