Police said the police officer was heading south on Lake Bradford Road to respond to a call when a northbound vehicle attempted to make a left turn onto Eppes Drive violating the officer’s right-of-way. The vehicles eventually collided.

Tallahassee, FL. – A Tallahassee police officer was injured after a traffic collision last week Thursday at an intersection in Tallahassee, according to the Tallahassee Police Department.
The accident happened at around 8:00 p.m. on August 14, at Lake Bradford Road and Eppes Drive.
Police said the police officer was heading south on Lake Bradford Road to respond to a call when a northbound vehicle attempted to make a left turn onto Eppes Drive violating the officer’s right-of-way. The vehicles eventually collided.
The officer sustained minor injuries and was transported to the hospital. He was treated and released. The other driver complained of minor pain and declined transportation to the hospital.
The other motorist was determined to be at fault but they were not cited.
An investigation is ongoing.
