Seattle, WA – A 70-year-old man was killed Monday evening in a head-on collision in Seattle, according to the police.
The fatal collision occurred around 6:15 p.m. on August 18 in the 2800 block of Thorndyke Avenue West.
Police said the man was driving a red Toyota when he drifted across the centerline and collided head-on with an oncoming gray Jeep.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.
The Jeep driver, a 25-year-old woman, was treated at the scene for minor injuries and released.
Further details were not available.
