Gilbert, AZ – A man was hit and killed by multiple vehicles in Gilbert late Sunday night, according to the authorities.
The deadly crash happened at about 11:10 p.m. on August 17 on San Tan 202.
Authorities said a man was involved in a rollover crash in the eastbound lanes of San Tan 202. The man exited his vehicle and entered the westbound lanes, where he was hit by a white van.
The man was subsequently run over by multiple vehicles. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The accident closed the San Tan 202 at Lindsay and Gilbert roads around midnight.
No other details were provided.
The authorities are investigating the accident.
