Las Vegas, NV. – Three pedestrians were hospitalized after being injured in a collision in Las Vegas on Tuesday night.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the accident happened around 11 p.m. at the intersection of Pecos Road and Tropicana Avenue.
A 2019 Toyota Camry was traveling south on Pecos when it hit three people who were crossing the street.
All three pedestrians were taken to Sunrise Hospital. Two patients were listed in critical condition.
The driver of the Toyota, identified as 80-year-old Rafi Nersessian of Henderson, fled the scene but was later located and arrested on multiple charges, including three counts of hit-and-run involving injury.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
