Steele was declared dead at the scene while Buckles died at the hospital.
Bureau County, IL. – 28-year-old Taylor Steele of Hennepin and 62-year-old Howard Buckles of Malden were identified as two people killed in a traffic collision on Thursday night in rural Princeton.
According to the Bureau County Coroner’s Office, the accident occurred at about 8:42 p.m. August 7 on 2400 East Street north of US Highway 6.
Police said a vehicle rolled over for reasons still under investigation.
Steele was declared dead at the scene while Buckles died at the hospital.
Police said a toxicology report and autopsies will be conducted.
An investigation is underway.
