Indianapolis, IN. – 40-year-old Dustin Masters has been identified as the bicyclist who died after being struck by a car in Indianapolis on Wednesday morning.
According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, the accident happened around 5:50 a.m. in the 1700 block of North Tibbs Avenue.
Masters was riding a bicycle in the area and was hit by a car.
The man was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
The driver did not stop at the scene and was yet to be located.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
