Kirk Nuthak and Lincoln Ottersbach Injured in DUI Pedestrian Crash in Jeffersonville

Jeffersonville, IL. – Kirk Nuthak and Lincoln Ottersbach were identified as two men hurt after a DUI pedestrian accident early Friday morning in Jeffersonville.

According to the Jeffersonville Police Department, the accident happened at about 12:46 a.m. August 1 at Pearl and West Maple Streets.

Police said two men were hit by a vehicle driven by a man later identified as 30-year-old Benjamin Fox.

Nuthak and Ottersbach were taken to the hospital.

According to Nuthak’s family, he suffered multiple bone fractures and was placed on a breathing tube following the crash. Ottersbach’s family reported that he sustained numerous broken bones and will need to undergo surgery to repair them.

Benjamin was arrested on suspicion of DUI. He was booked into the Clark County Jail.
