The driver and a passenger were seriously injured and had to be airlifted to the hospital

Howard County, IN. – Two people were airlifted to the hospital after being injured in a collision just north of Kokomo in Howard County Wednesday morning.
According to the Howard County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened around 6:45 a.m. in the area of County Road West 5500 North and US 31.
A box truck was traveling north on US 31 when it swerved to the right for unknown reasons and rolled over, ending up on its top at a row of trees.
The driver and a passenger were seriously injured and had to be airlifted to the hospital for treatment.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
