Gervais, OR – One person was killed and another was injured Saturday night in a head-on collision in Butteville, according to the authorities.
The deadly collision happened just before 9:00 p.m. on July 26 near the 14000 block of Butteville Road NE just outside of Woodburn.
Authorities said two cars were involved in a head-on collision.
One of the drivers, Angel Moreno-Cano, of Gervais, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The second driver was treated at the scene for minor injuries and was cooperative with the investigators.
The Marion County CRASH Team is investigating the accident.
