Tucson, AZ – A man was killed early Friday morning in a pedestrian accident in Tucson, according to the Arizona DPS.
The deadly accident happened around 3:30 a.m. on July 25 on northbound Interstate 19 at KM 17.
DPS said the man was walking on the roadway when he was struck by a passenger vehicle.
The man was killed in the accident. His name has not been released.
The driver of the passenger vehicle did not appear impaired at the time of the accident.
The DPS is conducting the investigation.
