Cass County, IN. – Two people were hospitalized after being injured in a car accident on Thursday in Cass County.
According to the Cass County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened at the intersection of Yankee Street and Carberry Road around 7:45 a.m.
A vehicle was traveling westbound on Yankee Street when it was struck by a northbound vehicle that failed to stop at the stop sign on Carberry Road.
Both drivers were injured and were taken to Memorial Hospital in South Bend for treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
