Elkhart, IN. – A motorcyclist died while receiving treatment following a Thursday night crash in Elkhart.
According to the police, the accident happened at the intersection of County Road 6 West and John Weaver Parkway.
31-year-old Caleb Watson and her 25-year-old female passenger were on a motorcycle when they were struck by a vehicle.
Both were transported to the hospital, where Watson died while receiving treatment.
The vehicle, believed to be a Jeep Liberty, did not stop at the scene and was yet to be located.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
