Melbourne, FL – One person was killed Thursday morning in a bicycle accident in Melbourne, Brevard County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The fatal accident happened on July 10 at the intersection of North Wickham Road and Stadium Parkway.
FHP said a 90-year-old was driving through the intersection when they hit a 77-year-old bicyclist who rode in front of the car.
The bicyclist was killed in the accident. Their name has not been released.
The driver was uninjured in the accident.
The FHP is investigating the accident.
