Dallas M. Raugh and Thera J. Raugh killed in collision on U.S. Highway 27 in Adams County

Adams County, IN. – A woman and his 16-year-old son were killed in a car crash on Tuesday morning in Adams County.
According to the Adams County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened around 8:30 a.m. on U.S. Highway 27.
Dallas M. Raugh, 16, was driving a 2024 Hyundai Sonata southbound when he reportedly disregarded a traffic signal and collided with a 2003 Freightliner driven by 42-year-old Jeremy M. Klenke.
The sedan became lodged underneath the trailer.
The boy and his mother, 41-year-old Thera J. Raugh, were killed in the accident.
Klenke was not injured.
Impairment is not believed to be a factor in the crash.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
