Authorities said three vehicles collided. They said 58-year-old Andrew Willard collided into one of the vehicles and the second vehicle then crashed into another.

Wadsworth, IL. – 33-year-old Bogdana Mygal of Des Plaines has been identified as the woman killed in a traffic collision on Saturday night in Wadsworth, according to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.
The deadly crash happened at about 10:15 p.m. on July 5, on West Russell Road.
Authorities said three vehicles collided. They said 58-year-old Andrew Willard collided into one of the vehicles and the second vehicle then crashed into another.
Mygal, a passenger in one of the cars, sustained critical injuries and was rushed to Advocate Condell Medical Center where she died in the emergency room.
Willard of Addison was driving under the influence of alcohol and his blood alcohol level was at twice the legal limit at the time.
Willard was discharged from the hospital on Tuesday and was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol causing death.
