Sunland Park, N.M. – A woman died after being struck by a car on Thursday night in Sunland Park.
According to New Mexico State Police, the accident happened around 10:45 p.m. at Sunland Park Drive and Appaloosa Drive.
A male and a female were struck by a vehicle, which fled the scene.
The woman died at the accident scene.
The man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, according to Sunland Park Fire.
The driver was yet to be located.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
