Phoenix, AZ – The authorities have identified a 20-year-old man who died in a crash involving an electric bike and a car at a Phoenix intersection early Sunday.
Phoenix police identified the man as Gael Garcia.
Garcia was riding an electric bike when he was struck by an unidentified vehicle.
The vehicle and the involved driver remain at large.

Phoenix, AZ – A 20-year-old man was killed early Sunday morning in a hit-and-run accident in West Phoenix, according to the police.
The deadly accident happened around 2:00 a.m., June 29, near Osborn Road and 75th Avenue.
Police said the man was riding an electric bike when he was struck by a car.
The man was taken to the hospital where he later died. His name has not been released.
The involved car fled the scene after the accident and the authorities are looking for it.
The police are investigating the accident.
