Authorities said a white Ford pickup crashed into a pond for unknown reasons.

Milan, IL. – 30-year-old Alex Naseef has been identified as the man killed in a single-vehicle accident on Sunday afternoon in Milan, according to the Rock Island County Coroner’s Office.
The accident happened at about 1:21 p.m. on June 29, in the 2500 block of Big Island Road.
Authorities said a white Ford pickup crashed into a pond for unknown reasons.
Responding emergency teams tried to rescue Naseef but they were not able to and he was declared dead at the accident scene.
A female passenger was able to survive the collision. Her current condition was not immediately available.
No other information regarding this crash was provided.
An investigation is underway.
