Police said a black Suzuki motorcycle crashed into the back of a black Hyundai SUV for unknown reasons. The rider fell onto the roadway in the southbound lanes of the Turnpike following the crash.

Miami-Dade, FL. – One person was killed following a motorcycle accident early Friday morning in Miami-Dade, Florida, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The accident happened at about 1:25 a.m. June 27 on the Florida’s Turnpike at Coral Reef Drive.
Police said a black Suzuki motorcycle crashed into the back of a black Hyundai SUV for unknown reasons. The rider fell onto the roadway in the southbound lanes of the Turnpike following the crash.
The rider was then hit by a silver Volkswagen SUV.
The male rider was declared dead at the scene.
Details on whether the Hyundai and Volkswagen occupants were injured were not available.
An investigation is underway.
