Colville, WA. – Authorities have identified the man who died in a car crash on Saturday night in Colville.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the accident happened in the eastbound lanes of State Route 20 at around 9:30 p.m. on June 14.
79-year-old Michael Morey was driving a pickup truck eastbound on the highway when he went around a curve and veered into the eastbound shoulder.
The man overcorrected toward the westbound shoulder and rolled multiple times.
The man was ejected from the truck and was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
