Spokane, WA. – Two people were hospitalized after being injured in a car accident near Medical Lake in Spokane on Friday morning.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the accident happened around 11:30 a.m. on the Interstate 90 off-ramp to West Salnave Road.
38-year-old Jessica J. Melancon from McDonough was driving a car eastbound when he drove through the stop sign and hit a Jeep.
The impact of the collision sent the Jeep off the roadway, where it hit a light pole and overturned into a ditch.
Melancon and the driver of the Jeep were both taken to the hospital for treatment.
