A 9-year-old girl was taken to UMC with critical injuries.

Las Vegas, NV. – Two people were killed in a car crash that left a child injured in Las Vegas on Tuesday night.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the accident happened around 7:44 p.m. on E. Carey Avenue near N. Pecos Road.
A 36-year-old woman was driving a 2007 Nissan Murano eastbound on Carey at a high rate of speed when she lost control and crashed into a wall and a power pole.
The driver was ejected from the SUV while her front passenger was thrown into the rear compartment.
The two adults were pronounced dead at the accident scene.
