Police said an SUV and a sedan crashed in unclear circumstances.
Gurnee, Illinois – Three people were hurt following a rollover vehicle collision on Wednesday afternoon in Gurnee, according to the Illinois State Police.
The accident happened at 4:19 p.m. on westbound Interstate 94 near Grand Avenue at milepost 5.25 in Gurnee.
Police said an SUV and a sedan crashed in unclear circumstances.
The SUV driver and two SUV passengers were transported to Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville.
The sedan driver and the only occupant were treated and released at the crash site.
Police closed all westbound lanes and traffic was only flowing on the left shoulder following the collision.
An investigation is underway.
