Boynton Beach Police said the crash happened at about 6:30 p.m. on May 16 in the 1400 block of North Congress Avenue, just south of Gateway Boulevard.
Boynton Beach, FL – A motorcyclist was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Boynton Beach Friday evening.
Boynton Beach Police said the crash happened at about 6:30 p.m. on May 16 in the 1400 block of North Congress Avenue, just south of Gateway Boulevard.
Boynton Beach identified the victim as 19-year-old Mike Grajales.
Police said Grajales was traveling northbound on Congress Avenue when a vehicle heading westbound on Renaissance Way, attempted to turn left and go south on Congress.
Grajales tried to avoid the vehicle but ended up crashing into it. Grajales was taken to Delray Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
North Congress Avenue was shut down in both directions for several hours during on-scene investigation.
